What the job looks like:
The Candidate Outreach Specialist is the lead sourcer of new talent for the organization. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, this role is responsible for identifying individuals who may be a great fit for our organization either today or in the future, as well as, strengthening eFinancial’s and Fidelity Life Association’s positions as employers of choice. Additionally, this person will support the operational efficiency of the recruitment process, ensuring quality with a focus on using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

What you will contribute:
Building our Future Workforce
- Engage with hiring managers, talent acquisition team & stakeholders to understand hiring needs and goals
- Build high caliber, diverse talent pipelines of candidates using sourcing platforms, targeted networking, and other creative sourcing methods
- Occasionally act as a point of contact for candidates and ensure all candidates have an exceptional recruitment experience from start to finish, regardless of decision
- Be a Corporate Guardian- represent eFinancial and Fidelity Life through quality interaction with prospects and Candidates with an eye towards long-term relationship build and brand preservation
Improving internal process improvement:
- Driving the recruiting process with speed, accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our recruiting programs and processes to make recruiting fair, efficient and results-oriented
- Maintain data integrity of prospective employees in Ultimate ATS, our applicant tracking system and ensuring no candidate falls through the cracks
- Track and analyze data on sourcing and conversion efforts to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as needed
Qualifications
What you should bring to the table:
Requirements:
- 1+ years of recruiting and/or recruiting research experience
- Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- High degree of EQ
- Demonstrated passion for diversity and inclusion
- Experience using ATS, ideally UltiPro, to track and manage candidate interaction
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed as well as other sources of identifying and contacting candidates
- Advanced Excel skills
Preferred Skills & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience sourcing for high volume roles
- Experience working in a growth-oriented organization with a focus on high volume hiring
